Women in music
Talent was never unevenly distributed. Opportunity was.
From the stage to the decision-making table
We work so that these artists fill stages and festival line-ups — and so that they are also in the rooms where programming is decided: artistic direction, booking committees, juries and teams leading projects. It is not a label and it is not a quota: it is a way of understanding the craft and of sharing access.
Flamenco, copla, bolero, jazz, singer-songwriter pop. Different languages and one conviction: culture is held up collectively, and what one artist learns the whole group gets to use. From La Rioja to Italy, Poland, Africa and Latin America, every tour leaves behind contacts, know-how and open doors for the women coming next.
