An agency assigns you an account manager. A collective gives you access to all the talent inside it, each one an expert in their field and all rowing in the same direction.
Each project is handled by whoever understands it best. No structure to maintain, no commissions paying for offices.
We are musicians, managers and programmers. We know both sides of the stage because we have stood on both.
Closeness is what holds everything together. We are in the meetings, at the markets and in the day-to-day of the project, and we always answer ourselves: nobody hands your career over to an automated reply.
